Our flat rate shipping cost has been calculated to be as accurate as possible based on feeder size, box dimensions, and shipping destination. If you plan to purchase more than one feeder, please contact us for the most accurate shipping cost. Depending on which sizes you order, you may not need to pay an additional cost. Our diners are uniquely designed to nest inside one another, which allows us to combine them in one box. As an example, if you plan to purchase a 12-inch double diner and a 9-inch double diner, the 9-inch will nest inside the 12-inch, and we can ship that order in one box. Please contact us, at email@example.com, if you have questions on your specific order or about possible nesting combinations that could save you money on shipping. Please note that if the default shipping cost on our website calculates for significantly more than the actual cost, we will reimburse you the difference.
Did your feeder arrive damaged? If your Dishy Dog feeder was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately to arrange for a new shipment. We'll send a same-size replacement to you at no extra cost.
Did you order the wrong size? If you ordered the wrong size feeder for your dog, contact us immediately so we can arrange to exchange your feeder. We accept exchanges up to 20 days from date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipment (actual) cost, but we’ll cover the cost to resend the new size, provided that the feeder has not been used and the protective plastic has not been removed.
Are you unhappy with your purchase? If for some reason you are not happy with your Dishy Dog feeder, please contact us to arrange for the return. We accept returns up to 20 days from date of purchase. We are happy to reimburse you for the cost of the feeder, minus (actual) shipping cost, provided that the feeder has not been used and the protective plastic has not been removed.
Important: If possible, please return the feeder in the original box with the original packing material. Please make sure the feeder is well protected for return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for any feeders that are damaged during return shipment.
For shipping within the United States we use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our products. Shipping & handling outside the USA will need to be determined on an individual basis, please contact us.
